Strategic
Talent Management
A Timely and Informative Panel

process of ensuring that an organization has a continuous supply of
highly productive individuals in the right job, at the right time”.
Talent Management aims to help organizations
to:
-
effectively plan talent needs
-
build an image to attract the very best
-
ensure that new hires become quickly
productive
-
retain the very best talent
-
continuously deploy talent to where it
can have the most impact.
